Continuation of Existing Measures
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all measures not directly
superseded by this program will continue to have force and effect until:
- a subbasin plan has been adopted by the Council for the subbasin in
which the project is located (or, for research and mainstem measures,
a research or mainstem plan);
- the measure has been specifically repealed in a subsequent
rulemaking; or
- three years have elapsed following the final approval of this
program, whichever occurs first.
