Dear Mr. Walker:
Enclosed please find a hard copy and an electronic Word copy of our recommendations for amendments to the Fish and Wildlife Program. These are intended to follow up the recommendation that I emailed to you on Friday, May 12.
I inserted our comments directly into the recommendation form posted on the Power Planning Council website. However, since our recommendations relate specifically to only data management in the basin wide portion of the form, the recommendations became large simply due to the length of the comprehensive form. That full-form versio is the one I emailed to you on Friday.
In order to simplify and shorten our submission, I removed all but the relevant portions o the form, thus providing our recommendations in a more concise format. That shortened version is enclosed, and is contained in the file 'StrearnNet.doc' on the enclosed diskette. I have also enclosed the longer version, in case it would be more helpful to you. Please feel free to select the version that best fits your needs and discard the other.
Thank you for the opportunity to contribute our suggestions to this important process. I appreciate your efforts to work to continually improve the Fish and Wildlife Program, and hope that our recommendations are helpful in that process.
