WIF Oversupply Technical Oversight Committee
One of the action items resulting from the June 6, 2011 WIF Steering Committee meeting was to find infrastructure solutions to the region's periodic oversupply issue. The Council took the lead on this item, creating the WIF Oversupply Technical Oversight Committee (OTOC). Appointed by the WIF Steering Committee, OTOC members developed recommendations with the help of technical workgroup members drawn from interested parties around the region.
After months of collaboration, the WIF OTOC delivered a
set of recommendations to the WIF Steering Committee on April 26, 2012.
