This meeting is not part of the PNDRP work plan, but we have a chance to hear from David Kathan of the FERC, about the “Staff Discussion Draft on Possible Elements of a National Action Plan on Demand Response” and give comments and suggestions. The meeting is scheduled from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, at the Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Authority.  This is the same building as the Council central office, which is on the eleventh floor.
