The survey is intended to gather information on:
  • Who are the current players in RD&D (Regionally, Nationally)
  • Understand their roles and expertise
  • Identify the emerging energy efficiency solutions/technologies they are working on and what stage they are at
  • Understand current expenditures and any future budgets
  • Gather ideas on potential RD & D/market transformation efforts, and get a sense of priorities
