Council Conservation Assessment Methodology

The Council's conservation assessment methodology is described in the link below. This page also contains the conservation target calculators that certain utilities in the State of Washington may be able to use to satisfy their requirements under I-937.  In providing this information, the Council is not interpreting I-937 or determining how it applies to utilities and utility regulators in the State of Washington. Please contact the appropriate agencies in Washington for guidance as to the requirements of I-937.
