8/2/2011	Residential: Heating/Cooling - Ground Source Heat Pump Upgrades	The RTF approves the Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) UES Measure for heating zones 2 and 3 with the provision that RTF Staff edit the table to correct for increased electricity use for air conditioning when an electric forced air furnace without air conditioning is replaced with a GSHP and reduction in measure cost when an electric forced air furnace with air conditioning is replaced with a GSHP with a sunset date of August 30, 2016.
8/2/2011	Commercial: Grocery Refrigeration System Measures	The RTF approves the Standard Savings Estimation Protocol for grocery refrigeration systems measures under provisional status until sufficient provisional data has been collected to allow the protocol to modified and adopted by the RTF without provisional data requirements or August 31, 2014, whichever comes first.
6/28/2011	Residential: New Construction - Montana House 2	The RTF approved the Montana House2 measure to active status with a sunset date of July 1, 2014 when the measure will be placed under review to address the EISA compact fluorescent standards, any adoption of a Montana residential energy code or other changes in state of federal standards.

6/1/2011	Residential: Lighting - CFLs	Approve the residential compact fluorescent lighting measure for unit energy savings measure status based on the proposed EISA phase in in baseline wattage, adjusted hours of operation, and with a sunset date of December 31, 2013. This is approved as an active measure.
6/1/2011	Residential: DHW - Showerheads	Approve the residential low flow showerhead measure for unit energy savings measure status with a sunset date of June 1, 2016 with interim review upon any shwerhead changes in national standards (Energy Star, WaterSense, state codes, or publication of new reliable reports on low flow showerhead measure performance or program impact evaluations. This is approved as an active measure.
5/3/2011	Residential: Lighting - CFLs	Advised the compact fluorescent light measure review contractor and RTF staff to go back to the calculation and make changes in the methodology to calculate the baseline and efficient-case wattage by category, perform an analysis of cost of halogen lamps, and to bring the measure back with the updated measure workbook and necessary documentation for RTF consideration.

4/5/2011		The RTF recommends the proposal for use of the Grocer Smart 4.0 software tool as an RTF-approved calculation method be sent back to the subcommittee for a subcommittee recommendation to the RTF, including a written abstract on the plan to calibrate the tool. (No changes to status, energy savings, cost effectiveness or specifications.) Planned future work: The RTF expects to review a revised proposal at its May or June meeting.
3/1/2011	Commercial: Non-Res - Network Computer Power Management	The RTF approved a motion to send the computer power management measure to SBW as a deemable measure, with the additional recommendation to include a requirement in the specs that the software actually be activated.
3/1/2011		The RTF recommends RTF staff hire a contractor to package the work completed by NBI, Cadmus, and BPA on the Roof Top Unit Protocol into a Standard Protocol compliant with the RTF Guidelines for review and decision by the RTF at a future meeting. Staff guidance: The RTF expects the protocol will be a methdology for data collection and an associated savings calculator which will have broad applicability in estimating fan and cooling energy savings from the broad array of measures that impact rooftop HVAC system energy use. The protocol is expected to significantly reduce the cost of collecting and analyizing data needed to reliably estimate savings. Measure status unchanged: This measure is still at the proposal stage. 4/7/2009	Agricultural: Variable Frequency Drives - Potato/Onion Shed	The RTF approved recommendations for BPA and others to: a) use 1,000 kWh/year per horsepower as the deemed value for VSD potato and onion shed ventilation fans, and b) derive an estimated cost for this measure using the following equation: Measure cost = $229.61*HP + $4,727.43.
4/7/2009	Residential: Smart Plug Power Strips	The RTF provisionally deemed the smart plug power strips measure at 100 kWh for both residential and commercial sectors, with the provisio that these provisional savings expire in a year, at which time preliminary results will be provided to the RTF.
