Automated Conservation Voltage Reduction (CVR) Control
The conservation voltage reduction (CVR) subcommittee is developing a standard protocol for automated CVR that conforms to the RTF’s Operational Guidelines for Development and Maintenance of RTF Savings Estimation Methods. The RTF has previously reviewed and approved the Automated CVR Protocol #1 in 2004 and the Voltage Optimization Protocol in 2010, both of which require updating under the current Guidelines.
