Assumptions/Statements

1. The data used to generate the enclosed graphs and tables are from a Microsoft Access database assembled by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) staff. *

1. The data source for release data is SteamNet (http://www.streamnet.org/index.html).
2. The data source for recovery data is the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (http://www.psmfc.org/).
3. The data related to hatchery descriptions and performance are from the IHOT audit results.
4. PNNL staff have not discussed the quality assurance (QA) requirements for the StreamNet and PSMFC databases.
5. PNNL staff have not conducted a QA assessment of the MS Access database.
6. Location designations used in the PSMFC database are different than the location designations used by Power Council.
7. Geographic coordinates for Columbia River Basin hatchery are not in StreamNet, PSFMC, or IHOT.
