The Council has started a process to review projects for program implementation for funding in FY 2010 and beyond. The projects benefit fish and wildlife affected by the hydrosystem and are currently funded through FY 2009.

• The process (see diagram) begins with a review of existing projects that are similar in nature and intent.
• This will be followed by a review of projects in specific geographic areas.
• Depending on the outcome of these reviews, the Council may conduct targeted solicitations for new projects.
