FY 2010+ Project Review
FY 2010 RM&E / Artificial Production Review
News & background:
- March 2010 Council update: At the February meeting, staff presented a schedule that would have the
RM&E/Artificial Production categorical review beginning on April 2, 2010. After
consideration of several issues, Council and Bonneville staffs agree that an
extension of the start date (see new schedule) may be warranted to 1) allow the Taurus team time to
program all essential components for the proposal form intake; 2) allow for
public feedback on the Monitoring and Evaluation Review and Reporting document
after the Council releases it for public comment; and 3) allow time for project
proponents to test the new proposal system and provide feedback.
- February 2010: Schedule (replaced;
see above)
- January 2010 Council update: The Bonneville/Action
Agency/Council workgroups worked to analyze work elements, BiOp
requirements, and BiOp and program gaps. While the BiOp
workgroups continue to refine the products, Council staff is
working on the Council's MERR Framework and the process for the
review. Council and Bonneville staffs are also working together
on making Taurus ready to support the RM&E review; part of which
includes refining projects lists for this category. There may be
up to 200 projects included in the RM&E/AP category review.
Using Taurus for the process will help streamline the process
for all involved.
