3. Update on ISRP review schedule and methods

Erik Merrill will be at the meeting to update the RCG on the IRSP's summer review schedule for subbasin plans. He will also describe the evaluation instrument that will be used to organize the ISRP review consistent with the Technical Guide for Subbasin Planners and the 2000 Fish and Wildlife Program

4. NOAA update

• For ESA recovery plans, we will need an ESU perspective. Except for in the Upper Columbia, ESUs do not fall neatly within state lines. Interstate policy forums for ESU-wide recovery are needed, what does the RCG advise?
• Expectation of integrating hatchery management issues into subbasin plans
• BiOp Remand update
• Update on TRT products

5. Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership - Plan briefings (20k PDF)
