The Council invites your comment on this draft issue paper (see
right).
This paper represents the latest step in the region's efforts to
update and change hatchery policies in the Columbia River Basin. The
paper articulates hatchery reform recommendations based on the findings
of the APRE basinwide report and other hatchery review processes.
Thank you for your comments and interest in fish and wildlife issues
in the Columbia River Basin.
