The comment period for the Council's draft economic and demand forecasts closed on March 6. These assumptions are draft appendices and will be used in developing the Council's Sixth Power Plan. The plan provides a blueprint to assure the Pacific Northwest's power supply. They are preliminary appendices and are subject to change.
