As specified in the 2000 Fish and Wildlife Program, Council staff requested that the ISRP review the criteria for evaluating proposals to secure tributary water. In general, the ISRP found the criteria and the checklist comprehensive. However, the ISRP found the criteria and checklist need to be further refined to raise the priority of those proposed transactions that offer the highest potential benefit to fish, wildlife, and the ecosystem. The ISRP edits and comments are provided in the above document.
