This memo contains the ISRP’s review of two Columbia River Fish Accord proposals submitted February 24, 2009.

The ISRP finds that:

• the proposal Develop a Master Plan for a Rearing Facility to Enhance Selected Populations of White Sturgeon in the Columbia River Basin (200715500) meets scientific review criteria (in part, qualified); and
• the Expanded Multi-Species Acclimation Wenatchee/Methow proposal (200900100) meets scientific review criteria (qualified).
