At the Council’s March 26, 2009 request, the ISRP reviewed the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission’s (CRITFC) Accord proposal, Basinwide Supplementation Evaluation – Phase I (2009-009-00).

The proposal has four distinct objectives. The ISRP finds that three of the objectives "meet scientific review criteria (qualified)," but one objective requires a response. See report for details.
