As requested by the Council in May 2006, this is the ISAB's review of the Council's proposal for a data management center. In sum, the ISAB finds the Council proposal and Northwest Environmental Data-Network (NED) effort supportable, but recommends that the data center approach be first initiated as a demonstration project.
