- Discussion of schedule, objectives of work group
- Discussion of FERC regulation of Bonneville equivalent to that of IOUs
(based on Paul Murphy's draft)
- Discussion of effect on transmission revenue requirement (and
potential cost shifts among Bonneville customers?) of FERC
"IOU-equivalent" regulation
- Discussion of revised issues list
The meeting will run through to 1 p.m. and adjourn, so as not to conflict
with the PNUCC meeting at 2 p.m.
