1. Discussion of strategy, approach and ground rules for meetings today
and on February 19.
2. Comparison of stranded cost proposals. On
which questions can we agree and what's the range of disagreement on the
others?
3. ~ 3:00 p.m.: Assessment of how we're doing toward a succinct report
for the Transition Board, possible homework assignments for next meeting.
February 19, 1998
1. Review assessment of progress in February 17 meeting.
2. Resume discussion of stranded cost proposals, outline report to
Transition Board.
3. No later than 1:00 p.m.: How much agreement do we have now on
appropriate differences between FERC regulation of BPA versus FERC
regulation of jurisdictional utilities?
