The Council will meet on the above date and time via teleconference.

• Council decision on Bonneville Power Administration Request for Expedited Funding of Monitoring and Evaluation Proposals from the Mainstem/Systemwide Project Selection Process (see packet item, 70k PDF, updated April 21).
• Council decision on Council recommendations to Congress for Fiscal Year 2004 federal agency appropriations for Columbia River Basin activities (see packet item, 40k PDF).
• Council decision on proposed work plans for subbasin planning contracts:  Lynn Palensky, Subbasin Planning Coordinator:

The Council has made arrangements for public participation in two ways: 

1. A limited number of telephone conference lines is available.  To secure a line, the callers should dial 1-800-452-5170, at the prompt, dial 4568.
2. The public is invited to the Council's regular 11^th floor meeting conference rooms at the Portland offices where the teleconference can be heard.

The meeting will be audio-taped at the Council's Portland offices.
