Beginning on Sunday afternoon, November 16 and continuing on Monday, November 17, the Council will meet in executive session to discuss matters protectible under the Council retreat exception. The Council will meet in Executive Session beginning at 4pm on November 17 to discuss matters that relate solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of the Council.
