Presentation on Bonneville's new financial disclosure policy:  Scott Hampton, Bonneville Power Administration.
Memo from Scott: "Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is implementing a new Financial Disclosure Policy. BPA, as a Federal Agency, has the legal and regulatory requirements and responsibilities to disclose information about its finances and stewardship of federal resources. The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for BPA executives, managers, and employees in making disclosures about BPA financial information to interested parties. The Council, CBFWA and the region, as interested parties are impacted by this new policy. My purpose is to outline the policy and the changes you can expect to see as the Fish and Wildlife program implements the policy."
