Approval of minutes: February 2004 and March 2004
Discussion of Data Management MOA with NOAA Fisheries and Bonneville. Peter Paquet will provide a brief discussion of the current MOA with NOAA Fisheries on data management and the potential inclusion of Bonneville in the next iteration. The current MOA with NOAA will expire this month. As part of our overall regional data management process, we are working to develop memoranda of understanding with state, federal, and tribal entities involved in data management. We have had several discussions with Bonneville on this issue and intend update the Council on the status of process.
