Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Reporting (MERR)
(This is a draft document that is not yet formally adopted.)
The Council's 2009 F&W Program commits to developing a monitoring and evaluation framework to improve reporting of Program progress and to better inform Council decisions. The Council has designed a draft monitoring and evaluation framework that builds on its past work, plus that of the Independent Scientific Advisory Board, the Independent Scientific Review Panel, and regional entities. The framework aligns with goals and objectives of the 2009 Fish & Wildlife Program (Program).
