Bonneville customer representatives share with Council members their perspectives on the upcoming amendment process. The panel focus will be on the issues that they see being key in process – specific topics, other ongoing processes, and overall schedule for amendments.

9. 10:45 - 11:15am Presentation on Chelan County PUD’s Habitat Conservation Program and performance standards:  Tracy Yount, Environment, Licensing, Parks and Water supply manger for Chelan Public Utility District, will present Chelan PUD’s experience with implementing Habitat Conservation Programs at Rocky Reach and Rock Island Dams. The dams are operated to meet performance standards negotiated with state, tribal and federal fish agencies. He will speak briefly from a PowerPoint presentation and will be available to respond to questions.
