Patty O'Toole joined the Council staff in January 2003. She will be responsible for oversight of the provincial review project selection process, serve as liaison with the Bonneville Power Administration and the Columbia Basin Fish and Wildlife Authority on program funding, project selection and review. Patty has worked for the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon as a biologist for seven years and as manager of the Fisheries Program for five years. She has also worked for the Oregon State University Hatfield Marine Science Center and Grant County Public Utility District. Patty has a B.S. degree in Zoology from Oregon State University.
