The Council will hold a public hearing to take written and oral comments on the proposed amendments to the Columbia River Basin Fish and Wildlife Program on Monday, September 30, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the Idaho State Capitol Building's Lincoln Auditorium at 700 W Jefferson St., Boise, ID.
