The Council annually submits recommendations to the Northwest Congressional delegation and Congressional committees pertaining to federal funding needs for fish and wildlife activities in the Columbia River Basin. The following comprises the Council's priority recommendations for Fiscal Year 2003 appropriations for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Reclamation, National Marine Fisheries Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Forest Service. The recommendations are organized by appropriations subcommittee jurisdiction.
